It is an AI chat, not a person. It offers general guidance based on our framework, and AI responses can contain mistakes.

How it Works

  1. Describe what you're dealing with. Click Start your QuickStart chat and tell it what's on your plate, from a people problem to a stalled growth plan. QuickStart asks a few follow-up questions, including how many people work in the business.

  2. Get stage-aware insight and next steps. QuickStart uses your answers, including your headcount, to apply the right Stage of Growth, then gives you practical, specific advice and next steps for your situation. Ask follow-up questions as you go.

  3. Get your summary and Stage Card by email. At the end of the chat, your recommendations summary and your Stage Card are emailed to you, so you can come back to them and share them with your team.
