The Organizational ReWilding® framework features multiple revenue opportunities that span client needs and compliment the strengths of business consultants. Our model is structured in such a way that advisers begin with training on the foundations of the methodology, after which they can immediately begin engaging clients. These initial capabilities can be grown over time at your own pace. Rather than a hefty up-front investment or ongoing subscription fees, advisers pay as they go for what they need, when they need it.

The ability for advisers to pick and choose which of the Key Element Packages they want to deliver to clients affords a great deal of flexibility. Advisers can add to their tool belt proactively (enabling new ways to deliver value to clients) or opportunistically (waiting until a client need is identified to make the investment).

What does it mean to be Certified in Organizational ReWilding®?

As a Certified ReWilder, you are trained to understand the foundations of the core methodology through the Business Growth Framework Key Element Package. This prepares you to help business leaders take the first step to ReWilding their business — identifying key missing elements. Certified ReWilders can use either a CEO-lead discovery process (using the ReWild Business Assessment) or a Leadership Team discovery process (using the Business Growth Framework).

Certification also earns you access to the entire catalogue of Organizational ReWilding Key Element Packages. You pay only for the packages that you use and only when you need them. Every package is available online, on-demand, allowing you to grow your business at your own pace. You are free to implement Organizational ReWilding on its own or alongside other tools, depending on your preference and the needs of your clients.


What are the requirements for Certification?

Certification is earned by successfully completing an online video course, which includes quizzes and can be viewed at any time, according to your schedule. The time investment is about ten hours and the financial investment is $1,500.


How do I make money as a Certified ReWilder?

Unlike other frameworks on the market, the ReWild Group does not charge a subscription fee for access to its products. If you don’t make money, we don’t make money. Our philosophy is that we are partners in this venture and we want to provide consistent support and world-class resources so that you can be successful.

After completing the initial Certification Program, you have immediate access to two revenue-generating programs: the ReWild Business Assessment and the Business Growth Framework.

You also have access to the full suite of Organizational ReWilding Key Element Packages. There is no requirement for you to complete certification in any one of the different elements; you can purchase and use them as needed. You pay a one-time fee for the individual certification and an Admin Fee each time you implement a package.

As a Certified ReWilder, you have the flexibility to set and design your own pricing structure. We provide a suggested retail price for each Key Element Package, but ultimately you set the prices for your clients.

As an example, say that the package you purchase has a suggested retail price of $5,000. The certification fee for you to be trained on the package and authorized to use it is $750 (15%). When you sell the engagement to a client, you pay a one-time Admin Fee of $1,500 (30%). Any future instances that you sell the package, you are only charged the Admin Fee.

ReWilders who take on six clients a year (approximately 290 hours of client meeting time) will average $100K/year in net revenue (after our fees).

Looking for a different approach?

If you are interested in Organizational ReWilding but prefer a coaching model, check out the Coaching Certification Program. Designed to be delivered in 12 sessions over a period of 6-12 months, the Coaching Program is an impactful way to rewild businesses. While the principles are derived from Organizational ReWilding, the program does not go into as much depth as the individual Key Element Packages.
