Why do we offer the ReWilder Expansion Program (REP)?
As independent consultants, ReWilders don’t have many options to generate passive income from their core business. Consequently, they are always exchanging their personal time for money.
We wanted to create a unique program to change that. The ReWilder Expansion Program (REP) provides ongoing passive income to ReWilders who are willing to help recruit new individuals to the Network.
The ReWild Group benefits from REP because the Network can touch many prospects that HQ would never reach. By leveraging their connections in the local market, ReWilders can identify independent consultants who believe what we believe – individuals who understand the importance of work in a society and want to help make more exceptional workplaces.
What is it?
The ReWilder Expansion Program is a unique revenue sharing opportunity for select ReWilders. It is a referral program whereby ReWilders are rewarded for expanding the Network by receiving an ongoing percentage of the revenue generated by someone he or she refers.
How does it work?
Every time a ReWilder refers a person who becomes a Certified ReWilder, the new person is considered a Secondary Level to the referring ReWilder (a.k.a., the Primary). Whenever a Secondary Level sells a key element package, the Primary Level receives 10% of the Suggested Retail Price of the engagement. In other words, of the 30% ReWild HQ receives as the Admin Fee, the Primary Level receives one-third of the Admin Fees (10% out of the 30% of Suggested Retail Price). This REP Payment comes out of the ReWild Admin Fees, so there is no loss of income to the Secondary Level.
The program is two levels deep, meaning that if a Secondary Level refers another person who becomes a Certified ReWilder, that person is a Tertiary Level to the Primary. Whenever a Tertiary Level sells a key element package, the Primary receives 5% of the Suggested Retail Price. In other words, of the 30% ReWild HQ receives as the Admin Fee, the Primary receives one-sixth of the Admin Fees (5% out of the 30% of Suggested Retail Price).
REP is ongoing, meaning there is no expiration date on when the Primary stops receiving a percent from sales generated by any Secondaries or Tertiaries. As long as the Primary remains an Active ReWilder, the Primary would remain eligible to receive REP Payments.

Who is eligible?
Active ReWilders are eligible to apply to the ReWilder Expansion Program. The term Active ReWilder is defined in the participant agreement.
How does REP benefit ReWilders?
The ReWilder Expansion Program benefits ReWilders in several ways.
Earn Passive Income – By earning revenue generated by referrals, ReWilders are able to generate income without actively investing the time in securing new clients and delivering engagements.
No Management Required – ReWilders are not responsible for the success, failure, or development of their referrals. The Primary does not function as an employer or supervisor of the Secondary or Tertiary levels. You avoid the complications associated with hiring junior consultants.
Expands Market Awareness – As a relative newcomer to the scene, Organizational ReWilding does not have a high degree of market awareness. By rewarding ReWilders for growing our network of qualified advisers, more businesses become aware of Organizational ReWilding and thus are more likely to be open to a conversation about utilizing the methodology. The greater the market awareness, the more the entire ReWilder Network wins.
Builds Community of Practice – The ReWilder Network is envisioned to be a community of passionate people who are willing to share best practices, tips, and other valuable resources. As additional ReWilders join the network, new ideas for being successful will be identified and shared through Community of Practice groups focused on business development and the delivery of services.
