Coaching Package
The Organizational ReWilding Coaching Package is designed for business leaders who have a growth mindset and want to make their businesses less dependent on them personally. Typically, these tend to be smaller organizations, with anywhere up to 35 employees.
But more telling than the number of employees is the attitude and culture of the business. Can you, as a leader, take a vacation? Or do you always bring work with you? Do you have your hand in every project or have you delegated authority to at least one other person? Are you looking for structure that will make the business less reliant on you to function?
The Organizational ReWilding Coaching Package is an in-depth yet agile program designed to bring clarity (and ultimately independence) to the small-business owner who wants to scale and grow but is stuck. Affordable, effective, and configurable to your needs, this is the solution you’ve been looking for.

Coaching Package Structure
The coaching package is made up of 12 core topics covered during 12 sessions*. You can choose the pace of the meetings from the three options below. Each session is between 90-120 minutes long and can be delivered to one person or to a small group of leaders, depending on your needs.
Steady Pace (12 months) – The Steady Pace program involves meeting once a month with your Coach over a 12-month period of time.
Quick Start (9 months) – The Quick Start program begins with two meetings a month for the first three months, followed by six months of meeting once per month.
Rapid Pace (6 months) – The Rapid Pace program meets twice a month for six months.

Research-Driven Content – The principles of the program are research-based, which means that they have been gleaned from studying hundreds of other small and midsize businesses. The ReWild Learning System (RLS) – The RLS is designed in such a way to bring the maximum impact possible from each session. You will watch short videos to prepare for each session, allowing time spent with your Coach to work on your business. Any assignments or follow-up work that takes place outside of coaching times are designed to give you a chance to further understand and refine the new concepts, ensuring that they stick.

How to Get Started
The first step in the Coaching Package is to take the ReWild Business Assessment (RBA). This 15-minute assessment generates a report for your Coach that identifies the most urgent needs for your business. Based on a discussion of the report with your Coach, you will then be able to prioritize the order in which you cover the 12 topics of the program. (Be sure to identify the Organizational ReWilding Coach you are working with on the submission form.)
