What is Organizational ReWilding?
In 1995, something incredible happened in Yellowstone National Park. After decades of the park's eco-system being out of balance, the park auto-corrected when the wolf population was reintroduced. This simple change moderated the overpopulation of elk, restored the brush that had been dying away, brought the beavers back to the wetlands, grew the various bird species' numbers, and literally altered the course of the rivers within this natural haven.
This process is called "rewilding." We realized that we can apply this concept to companies in what we call “Organizational ReWilding"™.
Businesses are much like nature - they are a fine balance between dynamic, inter-connected, living resources. And like the environment, when any key element of a business is absent, the entire organization suffers.
We apply Organizational ReWilding to identify the "key systemic elements" that are missing in your business at its particular stage of growth and introduce those elements into your business. Once these key elements are reintroduced through strategic training, business advisory services, and management tools, the ecosystem of the business will find resilience, vitality, and dynamic order.
