Organizational ReWilding is a business growth framework based on nearly three decades of research of over 1,500 small and midsize businesses in dozens of industries and countries. The key discovery from this research is that businesses go through seven Stages of Growth, each with a set of rules that need to be aligned with in order to sustain growth. This framework serves as a comprehensive, cohesive system that provides a personalized roadmap for each participant in Growth Groups.

Creating a better business takes time – there are no quick fixes. However, you will see incremental improvements each month as you learn new principles that allow you to work ON your business. Since the material is cohesive – it’s not a collection of ideas from different authors – each topic fits into a single roadmap. The benefits to your company compound over time, creating new momentum based on a roadmap that can be relied upon for years to come.

The Growth Groups program is designed to be completed in 18 months. Participants end the program with a Growth Plan for their company covering an additional 12-24 months. Growth Group facilitators are available to provide your organization with additional guidance if desired.

Yes. We provide an initial Launch Meeting as a way for business owners/CEOs to experience the program prior to committing. After participating in the Launch Meeting, you will be positioned to know if committing to the 18-month program is the right decision for your organization.

Only business owners and CEOs are allowed to participate in the monthly Growth Group sessions. However, your facilitator is available to meet separately with your management team if you desire additional support in implementing the Growth Groups material in your organization.

The Growth Group meetings have a quarterly cadence, where the first two monthly meetings are 3 hours long and the third meeting is 6 hours. You will have time during the sessions to complete the activities that apply the principles to your company. Prior to each monthly session, you will have 15-30 minutes of video content to review. These videos teach you the principles that will put to use during the session. The discoveries you make during these sessions naturally lead to additional initiatives within your company to apply what you’ve learned.

While increasing revenue is a key component of growing a company, there are other key structures needed for a business to sustain growth. The program spends time on business development structures that are necessary to increase revenue. However, the bulk of time is spent on the critical thinking and supporting structures that are needed for the business to grow in a healthy, sustainable manner.

Growth Groups are currently held virtually to allow people throughout the US and internationally to participate. ReWild Group is hoping to begin offering local Growth Groups in the next year or two.

This would reflect a 50-100% increase in revenue and number of employees depending on which Stage your business is in currently.
