The Four Critical Areas of Management

At the center of the Exceptional Manager Program is the Management Wheel. The program dedicates a quarter (three months) to each of the quadrants of the Management Wheel, training on skills to help participants effectively manage the Self, Staff, Work, and Workplace.

The Exceptional Manager Program focuses on key business dimensions delivered over 12 months to transform employees into effective managers. Topics include:

Each monthly session, lasting 3-5 hours, combines these topics with practical application to ensure managers grow skills while advancing organizational goals.
