Brian started his first business at the tender age of 18 while in college. After college he spent some time in corporate life before the lure of entrepreneurship came calling again in 2005. Brian went on to create and grow businesses across a range of industries such as construction, property management, commodity sourcing, hospitality and tropical agribusiness in Europe and Africa.
In 2010 he moved to pursue his passion in people and started his journey as a Performance Consultant, Coach & Facilitator. Brian is a recognized expert in Performance & Team Development and sought after speaker.
