Beck holds a lifelong interest in people and the human condition. They pursued psychology studies, obtained two master's degrees centered on human/organizational learning and mental health/wellbeing, practiced as a licensed therapist, and is a certified mindful awareness and meditation teacher/mentor.
Their business leadership journey spans four decades in leadership roles with an impressive track record working with enterprises of varied scales - from pioneering start-ups to thriving small-medium businesses (SMBs) and dynamic corporate landscapes.
Beck’s business and leadership beliefs are informed by holding organizational roles that stretch from entry-level labor positions to CEO of a 130-person hyper-growth e-commerce/custom manufacturing company named a Forbes Small Giant, achieved 4x on Inc. 5000 list, awarded The Best Place to Work 3x, and acquired in 2021.
