Become a Certified Coach in
Organizational ReWilding

The Organizational ReWilding Coaching Program is a streamlined and efficient way to ReWild a business. Rather than taking a business through an engagement on just one topic, the coach leads the business leader (or small team of leaders) through 12 sessions that cover key topics such as strategy, infrastructure, and culture.

Business consultants love that the Organizational ReWilding Coaching Program provides the structure they need, freeing them up to focus on time with the client. The principles that are covered in the program are all foundational ones to which you can build upon or add to with your own knowledge and experience.

[Organizational ReWilding] has given me structure, something that I can go in and say, ‘Here’s what we’re going to cover. We’ve got some flexibility, but these are the issues. Tell me what order you want to do it and here’s the outcome, here’s what you get from it.’ Being able to rely on that methodology and that structure is really key to my success with it.”

What does it mean to be a Certified Coach in Organizational ReWilding®?

As a Certified Coach, you are trained to understand the foundations of the core methodology through the Stages of Growth Foundations course. This online training series will introduce you to the principles of the Stages of Growth, illustrate how those principles play out in different fictional situations, and quiz you on the content to solidify your knowledge.

You will also learn the principles behind each of the components of the coaching curriculum. These principles are taken from the larger Organizational ReWilding knowledge base and have been tailored to fit a coaching program format.

What are the requirements for Certification?

Certification takes place online and can be completed according to your schedule. Plan on allocating about 12 hours to complete the program. The investment is $1,200. Within one business day of paying the registration fee, our team will reach out and get you set up with the access to the training resources you need.

How do I make money as a Certified Coach?

Unlike other frameworks on the market, the ReWild Group does not charge a subscription fee for access to its products. If you don’t make money, we don’t make money. Our philosophy is that we are partners in this venture and we want to provide consistent support and world-class resources so that you can be successful.

After completing the Coaching Certification Program, which includes about 12 hours of online coursework, you are prepared to deliver the program to your market. We provide a suggested retail price for the program, but Coaches are free to charge according to their local markets. When you deliver a Coaching engagement, you will pay an Admin Fee to the ReWild Group equivalent to 30% of the suggested retail price.

On average, ReWild Group coaches generate between $250-$500 per hour after accounting for administrative fees.

What tools and support do I receive as a Certified Coach?

When you complete the Coaching Certification, you not only have the knowledge that you need to conduct impactful coaching sessions, but you also have a wealth of tools and resources to help you facilitate the sessions. Our goal is to support you so that you can focus on the content and the client.

Most of the resources are contained in the Coaching Guide. This comprehensive packet includes detailed instructions and guidelines for every session. You’ll find an agenda, pre- and post-session checklists, activities, email templates to use with your clients, and links to the knowledge base videos that your clients will use throughout the program.

You’ll also have ongoing access to the training videos that are part of the certification process so that at any time you can go back and refresh your knowledge on a topic.
