  • Organizational ReWilding is a business growth framework built on nearly 30 years of research across 1,500+ small and midsize businesses spanning various industries and countries. The research reveals that businesses progress through seven Stages of Growth, each governed by specific rules critical for sustained growth. This comprehensive framework provides a tailored roadmap for participants in the Coaching Program.

  • The program is grounded in 30 years of research across 1,500+ businesses, identifying predictable growth patterns. Unlike theoretical models, it leverages proven principles and the ReWild Learning System to optimize session impact. It uniquely focuses on reducing owner dependency, a critical need for small businesses. Additionally, the program prioritizes organizational improvement over developing the CEO’s soft skills.

  • The program covers 12 core topics across 12 sessions, each lasting 90–120 minutes. It offers three pacing options: Steady Pace (one session per month for 12 months), Quick Start (two sessions per month for the first three months, then one per month for six months), or Rapid Pace (two sessions per month for six months).

  • The program starts with the ReWild Business Assessment (RBA), a 30-minute evaluation that produces a 20-page report pinpointing critical business needs. A Certified Adviser uses this report to prioritize the 12 topics, ensuring the program addresses your most urgent challenges first.

  • The Coaching Program establishes a productive rhythm, encouraging CEOs to consistently work on their business. After completing the 12 sessions, you can choose to continue working with your Adviser on a flexible basis tailored to your needs.

  • We require participation in at least three sessions to evaluate the program’s fit for you. After that, you may withdraw with one month’s notice if it’s not the right fit.

  • The Coaching Program is primarily designed for CEOs or owners. However, you can consult your Adviser to explore options for including key leaders or partners, if appropriate.

  • The program’s flexible pacing options (6 to 12 months) accommodate busy owners. Each 90–120-minute session is supported by preparatory videos (typically 15 minutes or less) that cover key principles, ensuring sessions focus on applying concepts to your business. Between sessions, you’ll likely spend time refining insights or sharing materials with your team.

  • Most participants opt for virtual sessions, but the ReWild Group’s network of Advisers spans major metropolitan areas in the U.S., Canada, and other English-speaking countries, offering in-person meeting options where available.
