Example: Revenue Circles

Before the Revenue Circles session, participants watch a preparatory video to familiarize themselves with key concepts. The accompanying worksheet guides them in identifying their business’s three Revenue Circles: Core, Adjacent, and Edge. Though the worksheet appears straightforward, the process demands critical thinking and collaborative discussion to yield meaningful insights.

While most activities conclude within the session, participants also apply their outcomes in their businesses between meetings, fostering real-world impact. This iterative process drives tangible progress and lasting results.
